The shuttle bus provides service departing from JR Sapporo Station and New Chitose Airport.Seating is limited, so advanced reservations are recommended.

・Please arrive at the group bus stop located at the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station at least 15 min. before departure.
・Give your name to the staff member there (wearing a yellow jacket) prior to boarding the bus.
・The bus is open seating.If crowded, we may ask you to make room to use all available seats.
・You may be asked to use one of the additional fold-out seats if needed.
・Do not attempt to cross through the bus loading area.Only cross at designated crosswalks.
New Chitose Airport Service

Precautions
・Service may be canceled for buses with no reservations one month prior to scheduled departure.
・The bus is open seating. If crowded, you may be asked to use one of the additional fold-out seats.
・Buses depart as scheduled even in the event of flight delays.
・Customers who miss their bus and choose to use alternative transportation to come to the hotel do so at their own expense.
・The New Chitose Airport shuttle bus provides service via Kitayuzawa.Sapporo Station buses may also provide service via Kitayuzawa.
・Service from New Chitose Airport usually travels first to Kitayuzawa then the Lake Toya, but may be altered if taking the expressway.
・Traffic conditions may result in slight differences to scheduled times.
・Buses are non-smoking.
・Neither we nor the bus service provider are responsible for any lost or misplaced baggage.
・All baggage is solely the responsibility of the customer.
・Boarding or exiting is prohibited other than at designated stops.
・Shuttle bus reservations are automatically canceled if the accompanying hotel reservation is canceled.
